Please think 2x on going to Chicken Express. Chicken is horrible. The waiting time is horrible. We took an hour to get our order. We were the only customers there and we were in the drive-thru. On top of all that the drinks were flat. I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders. They only gave me 2 and 1 small leg. My mother ordered the 2 piece chicken. 1 breast and 1 thigh. The breast was k. The thigh was greasy and very very over cooked. It crumbled while she tried to get pieces of meat but, it was weird cause there was no meat inside. I guess that's what you expect when you hire a lot of young kids. They were not working they were dancing and taking selfies. Management should hire responsible people. I know for a fact that they just lost 2 customers. I rate this restaurant a 1.

I got the 4 piece spicy #1 with Mac and cheese and a sweet tea. I got liver and fried pickles on the side. Everything came out in a very timely manner and was very tasty. My only food complaint is the pool of oil at the bottom of my fried pickles. Other than that the food and service was wonderful.

The chicken is over priced, and the sraff wasn't very friendly. Also , they tend to be sold out of advertised priced specials like on a monday night when tgey have a (Monday special?), they consistently seem to be sold out of Monday specials?

Management needs to step it up. Dinning area was dirty and floors are very sticky and oily. I seen the lady that was handling the chicken with flour mix it then go and use the broom to sweep the floor. She also touched her hair while she had her gloves on. I was in shock and the food looked over cooked. The gravy was watered down. Very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I didn’t ask for a refund I left and we gave it to the dogs. Hopefully management reads this and retrains their employees about following food handling protocols. That’s how people get food poisoning. The staff needs to take food safety seriously.

Last week I was told they didn't have chicken for Monday specials at 8:12pm, I let that go and then today I received great service from the young lady that took my order. I was patient at first because I was told it would 12 minutes for my order due to them not having chicken dropped on another Monday special day, some how my 12 minute wait turned into 35 minutes and my order being the very last order handed out behind drive thru and inside with them calling every order that was made before and after I placed my order, after finally receiving my order got home just to find my order was incomplete and I called them to let them know about it I received the same rude, disrespectful, unprofessional attitude from the manager and the same woman that keeps an attitude and is always rude, rolling her eyes,or acting as if certain people are invisible and want take the order. I received bull crap service this time and was denied service cause they didn't want to cook anymore last Monday, I'm returning for my refund and CHICKEN EXPRESS HAS LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER

We have been to here a lot, for the last three time the chicken has been over cooked burned, greasy and dry!! They have went down hill so bad lately, it takes so long sometimes if you go in. I will not be going back !!!
