Food was really good, we got there about an hour before closing, and the servers were prompt on everything. Refilled our drinks well, even though they was busy cleaning til we left. Tried the new deep fried brisket, it was very good! Also did the chicken fried chicken which was good too. The sweet potato fries had like cinnamon or something on them, they were addictingly good! I know it's corporate wide, but we didn't agree with the additional 5% covid surcharge added to the bill, I feel this hurts the servers in the long run because some people automatically assume that's gratuity added. I feel like our bill for 2 people with 2 meals & waters being $32 was more than we normally pay at cotton patch, there's no need for a surcharge if the menu prices reflect an increase. We used to pay like $10 for most meals here.

We waited more than 10 minutes to be seated when there was no line. They were only half full with 7/8 servers standing together. When we were seated there were no napkins, we ordered our food and after 25 min had to ask for rolls after 60 min we had to ask for our dine in meal to be made to go! Had to flag down servers for refills. There was no customer service at all! Like I said they had plenty of workers and only have the tables were occupied! Not a worker shortage issue!

It's a very good place to eat dine in or delivery their chicken strips are to die for. Their steaks are great they cook them just the way you want them the service is very very good you ordered the family packs to go or delivered you get a lot of food very very reasonable priced very good

Once again, my husband and I went to Cotton Patch in Henderson to eat and they didn't have several of the things we ordered. Can you believe we were told that I couldn't have a Cesar Salad becuse they were making the dressing..... we ordered appetizers and they came with the meal. Our meal had been sitting and had gotten cold. We had to request rolls and then there was a 5% surcharge added to the ticket. We do not mind paying for what we receive but when the situation is like above, IT IS ridiculous.

Great food!! I don't know his name but the blonde manager that's always smiling seemed very helpful noticed we were out of drinks got them for us and took our order and I'm pretty sure cooked it himself and brought it to us I'm not sure what happened with our server but was pleased it was handled so adamantly. We will be back !!!

Let me begin by saying that Alisha provided excellent service to our table; I'm talking about the Henderson, Texas location. The problems were with the food. Rolls with black crunchy stuff on the bottom... my wife thought it was glass. Mixed veggies were warm but so hard a fork would not penetrate the carrot chunk. Mac and cheese wash gummy and hard (left over from lunch?). The rice pilaf was also hard and crunchy (again, leftover?).Not at all impressed with the food quality. Likely will not return even though I live in the area.
