Debbie’s Bistro in Henderson, Texas is a wonderful find. I googled for the best sandwiches/lunches and Debbie’s was rated the best. My first visit for a Reuben sandwich to go was worth the long wait time as they were extremely busy. I actually finished my sandwich for dinner and it was still great. I noticed that they had dinners to go and will be trying their frozen lasagna tonight.

I had the chicken salad and fruit!!! Both were great. Staff answered all my questions and were very pleasant. I will definitely be back next time I am in Henderson. I love the decor and atmosphere.

Delicious chicken salad wrap and fresh chips for lunch. The lemonade was the best I have ever had! And the joy you feel just going in. There were smiling happy people leaving, inside dining and the staff were all friendly and happy. The customer service and atmosphere was refreshing to experience. Seemed like everyone I saw going out had a go box either with the leftovers from the huge portions or snacks for later. I will definitely stop in again when I’m in the area! A must try, cozy little treasure worth finding!
