The quality of the food has just gone down hill in the last couple years. Was my favorite pizza, sadly it is no longer. The pizza never has hardly any sauce except maybe at times at the crust but not enough to drag down, I don't like to give bad reviews but every one has said the same lately, hopefully this can help to make it great again !

Purchased a Philly cheese sandwich last night with a chicken Alfredo bowl. The bowl has proven to be delicious but last night the sandwich was less than half shown on the website. It was more bread than filling, barely any meat and a small bit of veggies with minimum cheese. I was honestly not happy with it.

I keep seeing the commercials about ensuring delivery of crispy tots with loaded pizza toppings being top priority. Wouldn't a pizza place be more concerned with delivering, I don't know, pizza worth anything? Instead we always get pizza delivered cold, 2 hours late, no matter what time we get told a larger order took priority even though we ordered first and in off peak times. The delivery guy lingers waiting for a tip when his generous tip is already applied as we pay by credit card and we point it out and still lingers. Missing items, cold cheese, soggy crust, long wait times, or a call after an hour wait saying sorry we don't have anyone to deliver. Our Domino's pizza is a joke I watch wonderful YouTube videos of nice looking Domino's pizza and wish we could experience the same.
I ordered Domino's a lot because my child prefers Domino's over Pizza Hut. but it always takes forever to get our food even when it says 30 to 45 minute delivery times it takes over an hour. tonight I placed an order at 8:30 and still haven't gotten my food yet. they always use excuses blah blah blah, but if that be the case then they shouldn't offer delivery if they can't get people to deliver the pizza. and they should stay in their emails and on their website that delivery time is 30 to 45 minutes.
