Queso is watered down Rico’s Cheddar with a couple green chilis in there. Water is added to everything and they don’t use any seasonings. Salsa is just tomato juice of some sort. A lot of water to make everything last longer.

Food was great and service ,only problem was I got charged 11.99 for a kids side of chicken fajita meat about 3 to 4 slices it just seems to much!! I'm not cheap but I've never seen this prices at any other places for small porcions of food!!

We love this place!! My son and I have come here for years and it’s always great food. As usual at any Mexican restaurant I got the fajitas and they are always my favorite. The salsa here to us is the best though. Very good flavor and texture. The staff are always fantastic. They know us well enough that they never give us a menu. We get the same thing every time and they just tell us to sit wherever and start bringing our drinks with chips and salsa and then put our order in. Always quick service as well. My friends and I ate at Francisco's on a Saturday early evening. we all agreed that the food was very good and they served generous portions. Five of us each ordered something different and no one was dissatisfied. I'm sorry to say the restaurant was practically empty and the waitress seemed less than cheerful though efficient. I will definitely make Francisco's a regular stop.
The fried avocado ? and the big Ben dip is my favorite.
