Omg the service you receive here should be like this everywhere! I walked in and immediately was greeted by Tim who was extremely kind and asked me what I wanted. He was so incredibly kind and offered napkins. I wish I received this kind of service everywhere I went. The pizza was extremely good too! I don't know what this Little Ceasars is doing but it should be the poster store for all other locations. Im not from here but if Im ever in this area again and needing a quick meal for my family Im definitely stopping in here!

Came to buy a pizza, very rude lady came, I told her I wanted a pizza she gave it to me and I paid with a $100 dollar bill, she didn't want it and told me to go somewhere to get change and come back? I told her that they are supposed to have change for a $100 and she told me "I can give you $100 dollars worth of pizza" I was speechless. I didn't get the pizza and I got out hungry and angry. If shes going to treat people like this she can't be at the front attending people, I'll never come back, happened 01/15/2025 at 1:30.

This is the worst place to go to for pizza. They are very rude and I’ve ordered from them quite a few times bc my son loves the mini pizzas but I will never go back there again. Not only have I seen them make pizza without hair nets with long hair getting all over what they’re making, I’ve gotten old hard pizza after placing the order online and picking it up. It definitely wasn’t fresh. I know there’s not many places in Henderson to get pizza but I advise to go anywhere but here. Someone needs to come in and clean house with that place!!

I personally think night shift is better than day shift. Everytime I go during the day I will get a pizza that has been sitting under a heat lamp VS when I go during the night shift its ALWAYS fresh, hot, cheesy, and SMACKS. Maybe I just go on off days for day shift but thats just my personal experience. 6/10

I love Little Caesars, but the service there was absolutely crap. After being given my crazy sauce half full, I asked if I could have one more of the half full bowl because usually they filled up more. The front desk employee said no even though it wouldn't hurt their bottom line to just be nice It really ruined my experience
