This McDonald's is one of the best ran McDonald's in the area. Mark is an incredible manager that goes above and beyond at this location and treats customers with kindness and understanding. What an incredible human being. I hope McDonald's pays attention to their exceptional employees and monetarily compensates them for it. Mark is one who deserves it.

The staff is so rude. Especially one of the “managers”—a short girl with long black hair. Every time I walk in, they are yelling and it takes forever to get help from someone. AND they’re not short-staffed, so I don’t know what the issue is. I went inside to pick up an order and the manager literally sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, and put her head down. Not to mention, the food is never fresh and I always have to circle back around to request fresh food in the order I pay money for.

Too many flies! Dining room has dozens and dozens of them. 🤮 I can't imagine how many are in the kitchen and being cooked into the food. We left without ordering. Hire an exterminator.

Drive through server didn't allow me to say much and was abrupt. Then, I asked to hold mustard and sub Mac sauce. That substitution would have cost me $1.18 more for a $2.99! The server stopped communicating with me and could not hear (I assume) me tell her to forget about the mac sauce. Rather than drive to the window to start my order again I drove off. I don't go to McDonald's often and this experience was bad.
