Drive through server didn't allow me to say much and was abrupt. Then, I asked to hold mustard and sub Mac sauce. That substitution would have cost me $1.18 more for a $2.99! The server stopped communicating with me and could not hear (I assume) me tell her to forget about the mac sauce. Rather than drive to the window to start my order again I drove off. I don't go to McDonald's often and this experience was bad.
The lady working the drive through 09/01/24 at lunch was very rude and snarky, and still didn’t get the order correct. I understand that things happen when ordering, but the added attitude is unnecessary.
Love the place, always have and always will!
