Grew up coming to this pizza hut. Hate to see where it is now. Employees are very rude and not personable at all. We ordered 3 large pizzas and they were all way overcooked, cold, and barely any toppings on it at all. This is not the first time this has happened either. We stopped going in to eat because the silverware, glasses, and tables are always dirty. Will start driving to Kilgore to eat pizza from now on.
Last month I ask for Deep dish my crust was not deep dish and it was gooey. Same thing happened today. I’m done.

My main problem was the dirty glass I was giving filled with tea & the buffet took way too long to get any pizza on the buffet & when they finally brought some out it would only be 2 at a time. The place was packed!!

I ordered a pizza and drink. A hour later. I called and was told the driver was heading out. He had my order and one other. I called again and was told the driver was hung up ,on the way. It never arrived. Not my first bad experience.

We ordered our food and we got it in the time frame they said it would be ready. We ordered a medium pepperoni and a medium sausage and it was delicious. I could just eat the crust by itself. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza restaurant.

Ordered a supreme pizza to be delivered. Took over an hour to get here.. it was only half done and hardly anything on the pizza. Grandchild won't even eat it. Frozen pizza would have been better! Won't buy from here again.

First time here .. and wanted to give a big thanks out to whoever runs this Pizza Hut on entering love the vibe here it's warm and welcoming like the original pizza huts used to be! Everything was clean and kept, we were immediately greeted with a smile .. came in on a Wednesday at 3:00.. we ordered boneless wings and a pan pizza and a thin and crispy pizza.. and garlic bread with cheese they all came out perfect t! This was one of the. Water pizza huts I have visited I so appreciate when owners have trained staff with good food and good service hard to find any more it seems!

Decent pizza but the quality of most fast food is plunging fast. Old rotting veggies and lack of variety of pizza buffets. Rationing of cheese on pastas, and minimal attention to the dining area. Slow cleaning and upkeep. All for $10+/person
