It seems like over these last few years the service and staff have gotten worse. Never seem to get an order right. If you order a specific sandwich off the menu, be prepared to have every single vegetable on it.

Every single time that I’ve ever gone to the subway, it has been a disappointment. It makes no sense why one subway a mile down the road it’s so much better and can get orders right. I ordered a sandwich that is supposed to have double cheese on it and had no cheese at all with very little sauce on it. I did order it through DoorDash but the DoorDash people should be going to the one by Petsense Plaza instead.

Absolutely no excuse for getting an order wrong. My words of advice, simply listen and pay attention
Food is standard Subway. But they ignore you in the lobby if you didn't place a mobile order or if you don't pull in the drive through. The air conditioning is broken as of 8/17/24 and they will take the drive through order of someone who pulled up well after you walked into the store so you can sweat in their hotbox of a store

The staff at this subway changes like the Texas weather. They are always out of products. How can you not have bell pepper when your delivery came today. Walmart and Kroger are within walking distance. Go buy some. How can you not have Herb and Cheese bread? It’s a sub sandwich shop! I’m done with this place.
