I ordered 2 beefy five layer burritos through the mobile app for lunch so I could grab it and go. That's the whole damn purpose of the app. I even get the notification saying " our order is ready.......only it WAS NOT. When I arrived, THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED ON IT!! FOR 2 BURRITOS!! There was no "grab and go" to it. The guy working the counter asked if I had a mobile order, which I said yes. He didn't even know that I had a drink with it. IT WAS ON THE DAMN ORDER!!! Because of their stupidity, I had to wait over 15 minutes on a mobile order that should have been ready when I got there...you know, LIKE THE DAMN NOTIFICATION SAID! I would have waited a minute or two even, but this is completely unacceptable for a mobile order that is supposed to be quick and "easy". This has happened TWICE! I blew it off the first time, but not this time. They gave me a few free burittos, which is appreciated, but again, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY LIKE IT SAID !! To top it off, I try to delete my account on the app and it proceeds to tell me that they won't delete the account until 90 days since you're last order?! This company will not get a penny more of my money.

Cheap and delicious for the price! Love taco bell. Employees are always fast,friendly, and awesome ?
Will never go here again. Not paying money for pretty much just a shell. Put a line of meat smaller than a pencil on my taco. Employees are very rude too. Cold food that taste like cardboard doesn't help either.

Both my pizza had nothing in it as well as my crunchy tacos. They never told us our order was ready, they just sat the bag down on the counter and went back to the back. The young lady who took our order was completely fine and she got our order right...it was just everything else after that. Was very disappointed with the food.

Awesome! The best Taco Bell in Texas! The Taco's were full and filled my stomach up quick! I would drive a hundred miles out of my way for this Taco Bell! ? I'm so Happy!
