Didn't care for this visit. My wife can't stand spicy food. So we have always gotten the BBQ wings. This was like 4 or 5 years ago. She could deal with them. Ordered them this time and I (which lives spicy food) didn't like them this either. They were too spicy for me.

I had placed an order online and went to go pick it up in the store. When I went inside the staff was eating in the kitchen and when someone noticed me she came up and LICKED her fingers before handing me my stuff. Now don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t have cared one bit about them eating because everyone needs too, but not in the open kitchen and then not even wash your hands that you just had in your mouth before handing a customer their food and cups! Disgusting!
So I ordered the wrong wings, realized my mistake and ordered the right ones right away. We came back inside and they were screaming complaining how I ordered 3 times and just mad about it. My daughter said it was just twice, chill out. Customer service isn’t the best. They sure have room for improvement. Wish we had more choices.

Why I give it a one star was the lack of attendant to the people and also how long does it take for the fries to come out I literally could watch a whole movie like what is the problem and also there was a guy tht was working there flirting with girls like what are yall doing and poor communication we literally waited over 2 he for food so I don’t recommend this place
