Terrible service. The blizzard I ordered didn't have any of the ingredients I couldn't find. I complained and they didn't want to add any more, and that was an extra cost.

Very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. I ordered 4 mini Blizzards and even though there were no customers inside, it took almost 20 minutes to get them. The excuse was that they were focused on the drive-thru, but I’ve never seen such a long wait for something so simple.
What made it worse was that the employee went to the back to prepare the Blizzards instead of doing it in view like other locations, which really felt unprofessional and left me with no confidence in how the product was handled. On top of that, the attitude was unfriendly.
Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Dairy Queen.

Store opens at 10 am, all doors were locked at 11 am. Waited outside for 10 minutes before an employee came out and noticed the same issue and went back inside to open them. Even so, doors locked an entire hour after opening? Unprofessional if you ask me.
They even almost forgot to give me the sundae that comes from the 7$ deal.

I just had a bad experience at this location. There was a long line, up to the door to we're I was when I got there. I placed my order and by the time I got to the window, my two cones were already ready. When I took the first bite on the tip of one of the cones, a lot of ice cream poured out of it, as if it was sitting there melting by the time I got there. The entire ice cream made a mess all over me. This location should work in fixing this problem. It's not cool!! I didn't appreciate the mess or the cone...

not sure her name but she had blue eyes and black hair , her hair was in braids but super sweet girl i ordered the wrong thing since i didn’t have my glasses she changed it for me with no problem didn’t get to catch her name but she’s a really nice employee and seems to enjoy her job

I understand they are paid minimum wage but at least get my order right, and don't b rude. I don't like being mean or complaining about my orders but this is the 5th time they get my order wrong, it sucks but I still eat it because I don't want to go back and tell them to do it again.
The Oreo Blizzard is delicious, the best I've ever had in my life, I really recommend this place, the service is incredible.

was there last night ordered an Oreo blizzard with extra Oreo. when i got the blizzard it had hardly any Oreos. I said its ok let me go back around and tell them i paid for extra Oreos if they could fix it. They took my blizzard back inside came back out 10 minutes later with the same amount of Oreos and all watered down. Not a good way to start. Not recommendable
