SUPER STATUS
This Starbucks location has the slowest moving drive thru line out of any Starbucks I've been to. Yes other Starbucks get pretty long lines too but they at least keep you moving. Not here. They are so slow at getting people out of there with their drinks. It's ridiculous. Im from Hidalgo and sometimes I just go to the Starbucks on 10th and Expressway instead. I can't wait for them to build that new Dunkin.

Roxanne and Lauren are, without a doubt, the best baristas and shift leads in the entire RGV. From the moment you walk in, their customer service is unmatched. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I have NOT drink one sip from the coffe in the picture!
This is the 4th time I get a venti latte halfway full…. I usually order grande but with the cold I like to sip on my coffe and reheat if I need to so it last me the whole morning…. In this Starbucks location I will not do that again… they always fill it only halfway. Super angry at this. Is not cheap coffee they should scam you like that.

Horrible coffee shop. I guess they have little kids working there. Always with foam . They shouldn’t hire people that are not coffee baristas. Sorry but i take my coffee and matcha really seriously. Its the start of my day. $8 dollars and i get this?

Now I understand why this location has such low raitings. They don't bother to make the drinks correctly. I ordered a Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, yet they forgot to include the coffee in the drink! They handed me a cup filled with milk. As a coffeshop, especially one as big as starbucks, its upsetting that their baristas aren't properly trained and can't spot when a coffee drink should HAVE coffee. Don't bother giving this location your money, and head to Pharr or Mcallen if you want Starbucks or, better yet, support local coffee shops such as Perro Cafe.
