Drive thru takes forever for food to be ready. Took about 40 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. Here is a screenshot on when the order was supposed to be ready and I highlighted the time it was actually ready. I thought the location was short staffed until I saw that the entire floor was filled with orange t-shirts and headsets. Mind you, I placed the order ahead of time and the line did not move an inch forward for a solid 10 minutes. People were frustrated that they began honking. To add a cherry on top, they ran out of the lemonade and they didn’t have any onion rings available for my order so I took the substitutions as is. Please do better.

Not the best food service. This location is the worst for customer service. I had ordered a double meat and no sauce was put in the burger. Also, when I unwrapped my burger, the vegetables fell out including the bacon. When I called to this location, they told me that they would replace my meal. I mentioned if i needed to take my receipt for prove but the manager on the phone told be that i didn't need it. Later during the week i came bcak with my friend to get my free meal while he ordered his. Unfortunately, the front manger didn't have any record of my meal that was supposed to be remade. I had to explain myself and tell her the exact day that i called and who I spoke with. After going back and forth I finally got my order remade only to find out that burger was still not made correctly. And on top of that my friends meal took over 30 minutes for his meal to come out. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs to have a serious talk with their employees and have serious changes made to better serve thier customers.

Very disappointed at drive thru only one car other than mine and they get my entire order wrong. Didn't get my biscuit and gravy my taco missing chorizo. Would expect for them since its slow to verify my order when taking my card. The person at drive thru i tell them the issue looks like a deer in front of headlights. Had to take my order as is!

Waited 30 minutes for a patty melt meal and a chicken strip meal. Once I finally got my order, I noticed the container for gravy was busted and gravy was spilled all over my food. I asked why the gravy and chicken was in a bag with the burger and not the usual box and was told by the manager that since I used a coupon in the app, they can’t give me a box. Once they fixed everything, the manager said she was the one who threw the gravy in the bag. Unsure why the manager would throw gravy into a food bag broken or to breaking it much less brag to us about it. Finally got home and noticed my patty melt was all squished and looked terrible. Absolutely terrible service.

Ordered thru drive thru waited in line for 20 minutes eventually I got to the window and turns out they didn’t put my order into the system so I Had the associate take my order again, eventually she tells me to pull forward to wait another 20 minutes. Finally they give me my order and entire order was wrong I ordered a #12 instead they gave me a double meat. Went back inside asked for a my #12 and that took another 17 minutes. This Whataburger lacks good service definitely don’t recommend it.
