Wait for an uber order for more than 15 min, 3 employees were hanging out in the restroom

Let me start off by saying, it was 75 cent whataburger day and of course you’d expect the overwhelming orders for take out and drive thru. Lines were extremely long out the door and drive thru was out onto the street for this deal. I placed my order at around 7:30 and I wasn’t able to pick it up till almost 8:30. ‼️ Mr. Jorge Villarreal ‼️ The NEW manager in charge and by far the BEST manager this location has seen, was handling his customers orders, questions, complaints, directing customers, directing his workers etc. with professionalism, care, and quickness. I went in to pick up a handful of orders for our get together and Mr Villarreal had NO ISSUE remaking the orders that were placed a while back since everything was cold. He pulled my wife and I aside and apologized for the inconvenience and thanked us very much for our business. He said that it was no bother helping us and that he hopes we come back to his restaurant. May I add, our family is pretty united so we all get together after events etc at the Whataburger on Cage and Ridge. But with the new management that was placed here, we just might come back closer to home. Thank you Jorge Villarreal !!!

They messed up my order. I didn't say anything because I was really tired after a long day. Burger was poorly made and not even warm . Fries we're okay.

6 meals and I got 2 ketchup packets! Are they charging their employees per ketchup or what?

They missed the ranch on the meal and forgot to add straws.

For premium prices this people are just horrible at their job 0/10

Got to the drive thru second line , never got attended , lady kept jumping me , ok I drive forward , no employee approached me to see if I needed help. Ok seem a little busy and I tried to be understandable I parked in the curbside placed my order online and placed it to be picked up at the dive thru … I said my name and was prompted to go to the second window, once I get there I didn’t even said my name when he was already telling me to move forward, usually they give you the drinks and tell you if you can please move forward , this time they didn’t . 3-4 guys standing basically in the drive thru window and no one was able to get the drinks ready! I ended up wasting 30-40 minutes in the drive thru instead of the 7-10 minutes that the app said. I love Whataburger, one of my favorites but I don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore this is the 3rd time this happens to me . Only person that was actually nice was the one that brought my order , at least he was the only one that emphasized. This happened around 12 am to 1 am .

2 Birds Transport LLC

Priority to any Mexican customer. Been that way for a long time. Men's bathroom is out of service. Milkshake was very very soft serve. Like the machine wasn't freezing the ice cream. Food was ok. Service was slow. Two customers behind me both got their food before mine came out.
