Sloooooooooow. If you're thinking about a quick meal, drive on by. Always numerous cars waiting for regular everyday orders. Not custom orders, stuff right off the menu. 15 minutes for chicken strips? Puhleeeeeeze!!!!! Nice people but damn! It's FAST food, not slow food.

Fast service. And all the food is hot and good t eat. Never had cold fries or a cold burger there once.

I was having a seizure while my mother was trying to get food, once she realized I was having a seizure she immediately asked if costumers could get out of the way so she could get me to safety but your employee decided to argue. Work on who you hire please coming as the victim itself. Hit me up for the bill

We pulled in right around 10:00 I guess they were doing shift change there was four cars in the Drive-Thru but nobody was communicating with the cars in the Drive-Thru to let us know what the wait was unfortunately the drive-thru is so thin that we were unable to pull up or back out to leave this restaurant we saw the entire crew coming out laughing and joking for the front door we asked them if they were still open they said that they were through the drive-thru and they were doing a shift change it is currently 10:36 and we're still sitting in the driveway waiting for her food the customer service has been less than wonderful

Wife came home and told me about 2 employees one man and one woman fighting at the drive through window in front of her and our daughter and the guy i guess made the lady employee fall by pushing her. I find it very disturbing and inappropriate for a man to be hitting on women like that they both should be terminated

They never get my order right and now i’m currently dealing with 2 days of food poisoning from there spicy popcorn chicken, i wish they would just closed down or get better staff they’re always rude and always has a attitude when you ask to something

It's decent food at a better price. Tacos hit hard when it's late. Burgers are good. Munchie menu I think was someone overreaching. All in all it's a decent place to get food that won't make you sick. People are nice. Restaurant has this....dread feeling in it. Like when you walk into an animal shelter and feel the stress from all of the animals.
My friends went to Jack in the box days ago in. highlands tx the y got there food cold didn't get half of the meal and thy was rude .. they got an Uber to go get the food so so called them to get some type of hel and thy wouldn't do anything.few days later that go back they order it on line before arrival.. they say frier down no re fund no help and the said it just to be mean ... JACK IN THE BOX IN... HIGHLANDS TEXAT
