My friends went to Jack in the box days ago in. highlands tx the y got there food cold didn't get half of the meal and thy was rude .. they got an Uber to go get the food so so called them to get some type of hel and thy wouldn't do anything.few days later that go back they order it on line before arrival.. they say frier down no re fund no help and the said it just to be mean ... Cold fries right off..old grease taste on everything fried (tiny tacos, curlies, and straights) left burnt flavor coating inside of mouth. Madison hooked us up with the requested ranch no problems..crazy dude screaming obscenities at traffic passing by at the corner and drug dealing in the parking lot. Not a "hey I got a bag of weed" selling dude..Straight methy looking crackheads in broken vehicles doing drops. All within the 15 to 20 mins we spent eating before continuing on the road.Parking: Drugs of plenty. Look around and watch..it's like the discovery channel.

Today is Sunday, December 17th 2023We found ourselves out late, like 1:30 am late, and we were hungry. Now, in truth, we've had mixed experiences not just with this store, but with Jack in the Box in general, but at that time of night the options are limited.So, there we are, ordering at your store, just hoping it won't be too bad a hassle... Your Staff Could Not Have Been More Pleasant!They were incredibly nice, friendly, and on pointNo one will ever confuse JITB for a fine dining experience, it's junk food for stoners and people on the way home from the bar, but last was one of those times that I was pleased with our visit.As the folk that run this particular store, you should know your crew made you look good, TAKE CARE OF THEM.They were a good squad. I'm glad we came through.
