The deer sausage, beef sausage and desserts is amazing.

I would highly recommend this smokehouse for any event or just cooking
outdoors in the black pots. Louisiana folks

Best customer service ever

This is the greatest Smokehouse around. I love the choices for your wild game. Any combinations of spice, peppers, cheese, and type of smoke. The owners are the nicest family centered people in the world. The staff is friendly and eager to help you with your choices. Junior is a very special man who loves all people. He has never met a stranger. The last time I was there, a customer came in and has been using them for 20 years. That says it all.

Just the nicest Texas folks with the bestest products.On our trip from Arizona to Florida, we stopped by thinking they were a BBQ restaurant. Walked out with a gift that kept on giving.

I have used Jr's for the longest, moved to Groesbeck tried to find a place close by last year Found a place in Waco called Fortsons lost a lot of money using those dudes. So my wife and I said screw it we will drive 3hrs one way to get our deer processed to our liking. Jr's are some good people. You get what you pay for. Thank you Jr's and all the good people that work there

Been driving by this place decided to check it out, server could be a lil friendlier, guy at registers was awesome ? ..grandson loved the candy selection, sausage wrap was delish..bought this Hatch Chile, boy was so good, made chicken flautas, and put it in my cachete barbaquoa!!! Was soooo good..?????5thumbs frome !!!

Wow! I was so disappointed today with the sausage sandwich. The sausage was boil did not have the smoke taste at all by it being a smokehouse. The bun was cold just waste of my money.

First time here and it was amazing! They had a great selection for the lunch menu. The bread was to die for! I’ve been to Italy and I haven’t found anything close to the authentic food but this is it! Go try this hidden gem!

Juniors has processed my deer for several years and always does a great job. They also have a quick turnaround time. You should also try the cinnamon rolls.

The cinnamon rolls and Italian Cream Cake over the top delicious!!! Customer service is the best and they are so friendly. I will be a repeat satisfied customer.

The staff at Junior's makes you feel great about your choice to use them for your Deer, Hog processing. Real spices, flavor and just down right family pride. Great pricing and delicious finished product.

The best chocolate cake I’ve ever had!! The jerky is wonderful as well!
