This pizzeria needs to close. Their pizzas are never done properly nore done in time. I have ordered and they always take longer than what they say!. I should have order Dominos

I wish I could give it zero stars the absolute worst customer service you could imagine. They will take your money and have you waiting for your food forever. Im literally in the parking lot writing this still waiting on food i ordered.

Took nearly an hour for a small order. Friendly service but everyone moves slowly. Breadsticks were undercooked.

They ALWAYS burn their pizza. Every single time

Did a pick up order and it was not ready at the time I scheduled for . Employee said it barely went in the oven . What is the point of ordering ahead/ordering online if I still have to sit and wait. I understand it gets busy but there was literally no know at the store. Will not be coming back to this location .

I bought a hot and ready last night,was sick all night and day today ..ems said I had food poisoning...I will be picketing this store ..I felt like I was dying ? terrible people,terrible food...
Y'all need to shut down this store giving people food poisoning ?

Understaffed and poor management. Male manager just flirts with women and doesnt help the people making the pizzas.
Stale dough? It sat out for too long prepared and uncooked.
Dry? It sat in the warming box for way too long.
Not made as described? 0 quality control and ignorance to the menu and manager doesnt care. They dont even read requests or notes.
You will get ripped off.
Greasy?thats just garlic butter.
Thin dough? Didnt allow it to rise.
They dont wash their hands enough and go from one area to the next without gloves.
Takes an hour or more to get 1 item.
What happened to that Hispanic guy with the bucket hat and sunglasses? If I saw him at least I knew it would be good and wouldnt have to wait as long as usual.
No longer trying even if they're right around the corner.
