The two ladies working refused to put any extra toppings for anyone in the store even with 3 customers being very upset about it. I told them to charge me extra for jalapenos and bannana pepper and said they cant do that due to new managment rules. One of the ladies asking for extra toppings told them less than 4 months ago she worked for subway and had not heard of this rule before. Save your time and go to a better location. This was all the toppings they would put even after being told to over charge me.

I got a foot long the bacon each sub and two bags of chips the evening shift her name is MARNEY she works with a man at night . They charged me $30.00 for a foot long and did not inform me or the purchase and quoted me for $15.99 and still charged me the wrong price . I did not notice untie it posted the next day to my account . Horrible service and I would rather go to the subway in Crosby way better customer service.CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

The employees are sooooooo rude..... there was a girl standing by the register and one came from the back walked right in front of me turned around and went back...I have been standing there for bout 5 minutes and nobody wanted to wait on me....I walk right past the one by the register and she watch me walk right out the door........

Out of all the subways around the area this is by far my favorite they always making the sandwiches perfect. no matter who makes they always made super good. they are always super nice and welcoming I love this subway and definitely take the extra drive to pick up my subs here.

Did an online order and requested in the special instructions to toast the green peppers and onions and they were not toasted. Cheese was not fully melted because they melted my other sandwich with it and it was 2 different types of sandwich. Which could’ve been a hazard if I or my boyfriend was allergic to something that was in the other sandwich plus cross contamination. I couldn’t take the sandwich back tonight because he had to work so they instructed me to keep the sandwich wrapped so that I can bring it back after I get off work tomorrow. They also informed me that there is no manager on duty so that means the are in violation.

Placed orders for 3 sandwiches, tuna sandwich only had 3/4 tuna in sandwich. The Hotshot Italian was swimming literally in mayo, I did ask for more but not swimming in it, and 1/2 the veggies I requested was not on the sandwich. The Beast was not the sandwich, don’t know what it was. That’s why I hate not watching them make it. But coupon for6.99 sandwich is online only. Really sucks!!!! And this isn’t the 1st time always on evening shift.

Looks like any other franchise subway, but if you're advertising 10 pm closing encourage your employees to honor that, if the closing time is 9:30pm please update that, it's very inconvenient to travel across town, wait for a train crossing and be turned away by the closing employees, I get it it's pretty dick move to go at closing but that's the whole point it's to provide a service that I of course will pay for.

Glad I remembered about this yesterday on Sunday March 2nd 2025 me and my wife visited the subway located in Highlands Texas and yes they did have a small crowd everyone was greeted with welcome to Subway will be right with you but unfortunately me and my wife did not receive that greeting for the simple fact that I was wearing a MAKE AMERICA 🇺🇸 GREAT AGAIN hat on Me, so we decided to leave and I will not be returning to this location and I highly recommend if you support and VOTED for Donald Trump and love America don't visit this location because they will treat you the SAME!!!
