This permanent food truck is a real hidden gem here in highlands. Victor was serving on the night that we came by and the food was just amazing. Do yourself a favor and stop by when you see it's open.

Wow! Just wow! I read the reviews of this place randomly and decided to go. Best decision in a long time! Victor was so hospitable and welcoming. The food is FRESH and delicious. We had fajita and chicken tacos. The flour tortillas were AMAZING.
Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!!
