Everyone was so friendly and we had some amazing food. The burnt ends are like heaven, melt in your mouth. You don't even need BBQ sauce for any of the meat, which is how you know it's really good.

Buc-ee’s has nothing on them. The ribs were excellent and the brisket was perfectly cooked. Lots of side dishes not just your usual fries and beans. Staff was super friendly.

One of the truly good BBQ joints in Hillsboro (Hill county). Me and the old lady had the Texas Trash her with Mac base brisket and chili beans and sausage with all the fixins, I had baked potato with brisket, cowboy style beans, butter and cheese , and some of the best toast in the area county 😋. We will be going back for sure, and I recommend you go try it out as well.

Texas trash, what else can I say. Really good stuff. Cornbread-salad. Cornbread period, those jalapeño beans and spicy bbq sauce. You'll not see my reviews on alot of bbq restaurants just because I typically only like my own sauce and rubs. But this one was surprisingly good. Enter these doors hungry, if you leave still wanting more then its your own fault. People running the place was very friendly, explained the menus. Its kind of along the cafeteria style setting. But my lord its delicious.
