Worst experience of all time at Burger King, an employee of the name of louis was disgusting, bad deo malfunction, I wish I could say something about the cold food but the poor service took the cake for me. Was hoping for exceptional service because of the new addition of IHOP and applebees. Was sadly mistaken. Restrooms were filthy and can't count property change to save your live louis, well skip this TA FOLKS AIN'T WORTH THE WAIT, GO TO BUCCEES,

Took 15 minutes for 2 Oreo shakes, the person at register took the order so we are waiting to pick up the Oreo shakes usually Burger King drive-through they give you right away while here while walking they took me 15 minutes of my time I never have experienced this much waiting time at any burger King all around USA while there are four persons inside the burger making area, watching TV. Nobody is making the ice cream shakes after waiting 10 minutes. The person at the register took the ice cream machine job to do the Oreo shake while he is hardly putting any interest to make my order he struggled, almost 5 minutes to put the lid down on the cup while others are busy in Lala gagging and watching Tv/phone and joking around. worst experience of my life with Burger King. I shoulda never should’ve stopped at this place.

I cannot believe that this Burger King wants to charge $16 + for a medium size meal. I haven't seen this level of fast food robbery outside of an airport.
The absolute worst sausage egg and cheese biscuit I’ve ever had in my life! No only that the sandwich by itself was over 7 dollars! Sheesh They are most definitely robbing good people out of their hard earned money. This place needs to be closed down. Permanently

On 8/19/25 0650pm I come in order a large drink and 8 pc cheese tot sat down didnt think nothing of it had my name called and some random guy took my order and left the men that were behind the counter immediately apologized remade the chesse tots threw in a couple extra tots for mishap and handed new tots to me 10/10 customer service the employees you had on shift that night were outstanding

Stopped in for a quick dinner. I ordered the whopper junior with cheese. It tasted terrible! No cheese, the core from the lettuce, and what meat patty there was was dry as dust. It tasted like sawdust. Last time I will ever go to Burger King.
