Been here many times over the last few years, im never disappointed. Some of the absolute best people work here. Ive been impressed with the excellent service, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the lobby, and the fact that they always get my order correct and serve my order hot. I highly recommend this location! As for the few poor reviews? Perhaps that's more about the poor attitude of the person leaving the poor review. Because I've never had a bad experience here. I order a chicken wrap and the chicken was Dripping In. oil.It was not even look like the picture.I wouldn't ask the cashier If it that was a chicken And I showed it to her and she is looking me and say it was a chicken wrap. It was the The more disgusting mail that I have a Burger King.

The worst location I ever been to. Those people who work there definitely don’t know what they are doing. Gave me wrong items in my order, plus never added additional items I asked for(like cheese for example)

The Bacon King was delicious with plenty of bacon, and the fries were fresh. The restaurant was clean, but prices were a bit steep. Overall, a satisfying experience.

Went to order food and the manager w/ missing tooth was VERY, VERY rude! No customer service was provided. I decided to cancel my transaction and take my business to another fast food restaurant. That's how bad that BK restaurant service is. Highly recommend you just pass by Any other restaurants nearby. Just not worth the Hassel and disrespectful employees!

Got there at 9:50pm and there doors were locked. I'm a truck driver bad enough we have to eat fast food but to close early just cause they feel like it is very poor management. I would fire everyone that was working in there and get people who want to work. TA should get a franchise that will be open for truck

Have been here 3 times, my fries were always fresh/cooked all the way, the veggies on my burger were always fresh, the burger didn’t taste or feel overly microwaved-like. It tasted just like a whopper should-Good job team.

i'm presently outside the BK in the TA truck stop in hillsboro texas. i asked the lady if it was too late for breakfast and she did not respond i thought maybe she didn't hear so i waited until it appeared to finish what she was doing. So now she finishes whatever she was doing at the register and never said a word to me not can i help you or would you like to order she just went to the next register and started to do whatever she was doing at that point i turned to walk away she looked at me and never said a word. i'll never go there again

Regular burgers are the size of sliders and have no flavor or color $5. Order no mayo and u get a burger with just mayo.... Would not recommend.

I Arrived @ 2125 which is 35 minutes before closing time and I couldn't get a whopper because the cut the grill off. I was told that I could only get fish or chicken. Burger King is known traditionally for it's whopper. Not chicken & fish. This is poor service 12/19/23

Seriously? Good way to add to the depression of what we know as Hillsboro. Who thought in their right mind it would be a good idea to put a Burger King with a truck stop? Am I the only one that see’s how that is disgusting? Burger King has never been good. It’s just acceptable. I cannot wait for buc ee’s to come in. The employees obviously do not want to work. You guys are out of stock on a lot of things, pretty frequently. How is this place not closed?
