If we weren’t trying to get to our destination before dark I would’ve gone back. I ordered the pickles to try instead of fries. When she brought me the bag I asked did she get the pickles and she said yes. No, there were no pickles in my bag. And if you can’t tell the difference between the gizzards and livers maybe have the guy cooking not dump both in the same basket at the same time. Seriously disappointed.

Disappointed with this location I spent 60 dollars in the store purchased a gallon of tea and they charged me for the cups talk about a money hungry manager, every other location I've been to gave me free cups and not to mention the they didn't even tell us they charge for the cups.

Family passed through From DFW, we stopped here around 9:20pm. Restaurant closes at 10pm on Saturday. They gave us an ugly look when we walked in and when we tried to order refused to make chicken tenders for our family of four. Only 2 of our kids ate that evening. I had to cancel my order, my wife changed her order to accommodate their lack of tenders, and they still messed it up. The mens bathroom was closed, with a bucket placed on toilet and trash cover on sink. Not professional at all. There were cars in a line outside when we pulled up, lord knows what they told them to avoid serving them. If profits are lagging look no further than your Saturday evening crew.

Can I leave zero stars? We have had mixed experiences with this establishment for years but tonight wins the award for the worst. The most unprofessional, rude, and just lazy “workers”. Wouldn’t take our order correctly - kept interrupting asking “what else” but never confirmed to ask what we wanted with each menu item (ex. Spicy/regular tenders, biscuit/role, what side, drink) …. When when we asked if she wanted to know what we wanted with said menu item she still interrupted and said “what else”. Given the cost of “eating out” regardless of it being fast food or a restaurant this is not a place worth spending your money.
Super yummy and GREAT service! The girl who took our order was very kind and patient with us!

PLACE WAS DIRTY, HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES TO GET OUR ORDER THE ORKA WAS OVER COOKED LOOKED BURNED, SOME OF THE CHICKEN WAS OLD AND DRY ,NO NAPKINS PLUS RUDE PEOPLE, LAST TIME THAT WE WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!
