Soda machine is always out of selections. Ordered tacos to eat inside and after 20 min a worker asked me if I had ordered the tacos, told her yes and she came out with my order to-go. It had been setting there, Afterwards went to counter t order a Blizzard and the cashier never came out of the kitchen. The cook saw me several times and never said anything. I left and won't return. This place should CLOSE!

when taking our order amanda was very disrespectful and rude. this place doesn’t need to have people who don’t know how to take a order or have general hospitality. candice is the manager here and she should take pride in her workers. this was definitely not our first run in with this dairy queen. if you can’t do your job then go somewhere else you will!

What a great experience this was, compared to last year. Leah (I believe her name is) was AWESOME. From taking my order to giving me my food, she was the sweetest and her customer service was great. She got my order correct and did it all with a smile on her face the entire time.

I got a chicken strip basket and a new York cheesecake blizzard. Make sure to ask for your blizzard now rather than later if you think you'll forget to ask. They do delayed blizzard serving so they always make it to you fresh. There's hardly anyone in the building and I only saw maybe two people working and everyone else was either in the kitchen, working on the broken soda fountain, or nonexistent. There was a college girl working the front nearly alone. She did a great job but she seemed rushed and always doing something. The time to order and to get our food was about 15 to 20 minutes, which is a little slow, but with such a small working crew, I'm understanding about it. My food came out hot and delicious and my blizzard nice and cold, so it was worth waiting on.
Parking: A little hard to pull into the front but there's plenty of parking in the back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for a chair to move around independently, and plenty of waist high tables perfect for someone in a wheelchair to sit. The ramps up to the kerb were a little further away from the parking spots than what would be typical though.

Ordered a blizzard and a drink. The car in front of me took a good 10 mins to get their order. When it was my turn at the window they did not even know what I ordered. So I replaced the order. She finally showed up 5 mins later with the blizzard but no drink. Waited another 5 more minutes but they keep doing other stuff inside. When I knocked on the window the manager on duty answer was rude as if I was putting them out asking for what I paid for earlier. To top it off she gave me the wrong type of blizzard. Would never go back and normally would call the store first to give them a head up but feel like the on duty Sunday manager probably represents how the rest must feel.
Went through drive thru ordered a couple of burgers and a thing of fries had to take both burgers back in due to them both being cold and one was not supposed to have cheese they write down what the burgers was supposed to have on them for the cook who was mad cuz they needed to b remade and the cook comes out and confirms how it’s supposed to b made and I still had cheese on it the worst part it is it being fresh made and the cheese was still not melted enough that I couldn’t pull it off the only reason for the 2 stars is the ladies up front was trying to fix it

This location needs to be shut down. Can never get ice cream. Stopped for blizzards and was told they had to fill the machines and it would be 15 minutes or longer. The last time the machine was broken. Staff extremely ruid. Im never going back. I recommend Braums or Sonic. Stay away from here. The management needs fired.

I came around 10pm mind you they close at 11pm on a Friday night. They have doors locked and pulling all the money at 10:10pm and then knock on the door and we have a kitchen member come to the window say we are closed why have something close at 11pm online and on the door but not stay open to the advertisement time? Drive thru and inside was all shut down already. Unacceptable.
