El Charro Mexican Restaurant Bar and Grill

I dropped in here and noticed it was packed nearly full. Despite the crowd, our server got to us quickly, was attentive with our order and our drinks. I ordered the mixed fajitas and my companion ordered the soft tacos. The food came out quickly and was nice and hot. I noticed a drinks menu and may come back to try a few of them on a day when I'm not driving.

Dietary restrictions: Lots of seafood options, onions, and cilantro/coriander in the dishes. I'm not sure on the tree nut content or mushrooms.

Parking: It was nearly packed due to it being the week of Christmas.

Kid-friendliness: It has a bar with liquor on one side of the restaurant, no play area, no kids sections, and I'm not sure there was a kids menu. Kids are welcome, I saw several, but i would suggest bringing older children rather than infants and toddlers.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are free-standing tables with moveable chairs capable of supporting wheelchair needs. There are two sets of doors to go through to get inside the building but I noticed ramps up to the doors and Into the parking area.

Good food but second time they have gotten my to-go order completely wrong. very frustrating. kills the experience

Food was good. Had the La Botana. Service was good at first. Got our drinks. Then had to flag someone down. It was the hostess. The waitresses were just wondering around. Did not have assigned sections.

I never leave reviews but this way by far one of the worst Mexican restaurants my husband and I have ever gone to. Visually everything looks great. Online photos look great and presentation is there. Chips were stale, and service was horrible. My husband's floutas were burnt to a crisp, literally the chicken and tortilla broke into a billion pieces and was super bland. My gorditas were extremely bland with zero flavor. Never got asked for refills or checked on once through out the meal.

They should incorporate shredded BEEF!

Seafood soup was poor on taste ,too much carrots.
Tip : you may get more flavor from fish head even shrimp head . (my mom's secret)

We received very excellent service, very attentive with everything we needed. They make you feel very comfortable at home. The food was delicious, we didn't even leave crumbs on the fajita grill. It was enough food for 4 people to make 4 tacos each.

Shrimp cocktail could use more tomato and cucumber and less ketchup ...way too sweet ...excellent Shrimp portion

This is the nasty food ever had. Menudo had weird taste to it like.rubber and wasn't cook long enough. Beans were cold. Tripas were just awful. And price was crazy.

Food came out cold. One order was for 2 items only off of a meal. They could not comprehend to only bring the 2 items. Brought a completely different entre. Cold. Did not eat. Never questioned why it was not being consumed. Would not recommend. Was not busy so could not be the reason.
