The music is so loud you can’t even talk to the person sitting in front of you. There’s like 10 million televisions in here all on a different channel and blaring. It is too distracting. You can’t even enjoy yourself. It is horrible.

First I was trying to order on the phone 25 minutes before they didn’t answer the phone call. When I order at the counter they made wrong order I got food from them didn’t check it at the counter at night when I opened my food it was wrong order IHOP manager needs to look 👀 at the restaurant what kind of service they’re providing to the Drivers or shut it down let the other restaurant come.
Terrible customer service. The servers ignore people waiting, walking around not helping anyone or greating new customers. Bad vibes here.

I waited 30 min on a Togo order ok I understand they were busy. My complaint is I got the order and went to my truck to eat but my food was cold. It took 30 min to get my order and then it was cold. Not to mention they just through the food in the container I had egg yoke all over the bottom of the container from my over medium eggs that they broke when they put them in the container. I order breakfast to go all the time and I have never had this issue. Food is always hot when I get it and my eggs are never broke. I won't be coming back.
