Typical McDonald’s the speaker person did not listen to what you were telling him. You had to repeat your order three times and then you didn’t get it right when you ordered it and all it was coffee creamer however the lady at the window when you picked up your coffee was very pleasant very nice and very friendly.
Even if you order in the app 20 minutes in advance, your order will still not be ready. I ordered 2 iced coffee and was made to wait another 10 for them to make it. My order has never been ready when I arrived. I usually disregard because they can get busy, but this was 30 minutes total for 2 coffees. I was under the impression the point of the app was to skip the wait but I guess not.
This McDonald's is just average. Nothing spectacular about. I haven't any problems with my order or with service. And for the most part they r pretty fast about getting me my order.
