I am out of state and wanted to send flowers to a nearby resident. I am told that the large bouquet was truly beautiful and delivered in a very good vase. I am especially grateful that the roses were fragrant! I trusted Ricky to select carefully and she really came through. She cares.
Customer service is superior with Natalie's Floral Gourmet and Gifts. "Ricki" had helped me out so much and was super happy to have the help I needed with getting some flowers out to someone! Five stars all the way.
