Called to order a pizza the girl who answered was rude and yelling any time I said why I wanted then she was more worried about joking with her friend than responding to my order I waited a few minutes after I had no response and she just hung up no time or nothing

Ordered 2 medium pizzas, one thin crust half cheese half jalapenos, other was regular crust with half cheese half pineapple. The regular crust was a bit under cooked but somewhat still edible. The thin crust was just absolutely horrible, dough was very uncooked to the point of being able to physically see and tell. Dough was stretchy soft and texture is like soft rubber. This is the second time it has happened to us. I get pizza because it is fast and easy and my 3yr old loves it but I can't feed her undercooked pizza dough. They need to understand to get it right the first time. Nobody wants to make a 10-15 minute drive back just to get their pizza remade close to 9pm at night. Ridiculous obviously needs the constructive criticism. Tell your cooks to make sure the pizza is fully cooked !!!!!!! Would love for my order to be remade correctly next time. Food isn't free, least you can do is your job to make sure its fully cooked. Highly recommend eating somewhere else.

So we made an order for carry out and it came out wrong. Let the cashier know and she called the cook. He said it was right until the cashier showed him the receipt. So he just walks away. I asked the cashier to make sure it was going to be made fresh. She said that it would be taken care of, no worries. I was kinda skeptical about the answer so the next time I saw her I asked her again to make sure it was going to be redone. She said yes. So I waited and then they brought out the order. I went thru it again and noticed that all they did was cook beef topping and put it on the pizza. None of it was even melted into the cheese. I showed the cashier that this was the same pizza and not redone. She called the manager on duty and she said they had redone it. I showed her by moving all the beef topping and that it was not redone. She then took the pizza to the back and that they were going to make it fresh. At that point I knew that I did not want to risk something happening with my “new” food so I asked for a refund instead. My wife wanted to speak to a manager which first the cook answered and hung up the phone. A second time the manager on duty hung up the phone. Finally someone answered and told us that Stewart was the store manager and that this would be brought to his attention and we would get a call back. Still have not and so I called today and after waiting on hold for a while a female employee answered so when I asked to speak to Stewart she hung up the phone. We recorded every phone call so we have those recording incase they want to say that it did not happen. Probably the most unprofessional, rude and careless Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I’ll make sure to get this moved up the ladder in Pizza Hut since this store obviously does not care about what gets sold over the counter and could care less what customers think.

Service is terrible. Nobody knows what they are doing and they will not honor the book it coupon! Every time we have been I leave unhappy. I am very disappointed and will not be back!

I literally called to order my food and I told them I wanted 2 pizzas, but when I came to pay they only gave me 1 pizza when I ordered 2. Then I claimed that I ordered 2. The bad thing was that she made me pay twice for only 1. So I paid for 1 I already paid plus for the other one I didn't get.

Went in for a large pepperoni pizza for carry out. Was given wrong order (no pepperoni). Instead of remaking the pizza she brought out a small skillet out with some pepperoni heated up in it and dumped it on the supposed extra cheese pizza. This place never fails to disappoint me and my family.
Drove two miles to get a simple pizza. 75 minutes later and a cold pizza for dinner. I will never darken their door again. Pizza Hut you are dead to me.....

The staff was really incredible! We had an order that Pizza Hut corporate routed to the wrong location, but the staff at this location not only agreed to fill our large catering order, but did so quickly, accurately and amicably. I've worked in food service and I can't say that I would have done as well as they did under the circumstances. Fantastic job!

Amazing and kindness service. Experienced people really know how to make a great job, they are calm and very polite, this is so difficult to find. The companies should value this a lot. The pizza 🍕 was delicious, but the service make everything magical ✨️.
