DELICIOUS!!!!! A new travelling favorite!
Traveling from Indiana to Texas and we decided to stop for a bite to eat and I like to find places that are more known to locals, those are usually the better places to eat. And I was definitely right!! My mom and I split the chicken fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and side salad. My dad got the half pound cheeseburger (I believe it was called the R&K burger) with onion rings. We all agree we have not had a better burger than the one we had at R&K! and the chicken fried steak was amazing and the perfect texture. Everything was just sooooo good. I think the macaroni and cheese was a bit bland, needs more flavor (perhaps thicker, cheesier) but that's my only complaint. Staff was friendly and fast paced and who seemed to be the manager came around to each table to make sure everyone was taken care of. Definitely going to stop back on our drive back to Indiana to try more! Yum yum yum!

The second time around...excellent service, the food was great the first time. Chicken fried steak was excellent. Got together with some co-workers on a Friday evening and ordered all you can eat Cat Fish. The food was excellent, We were served in a timely manner. Great atmosphere conversation with co-workers was great. Waited for our waitress, kept waiting, and waiting no waitress. Asked another waitress... Twenty minutes later out waitress showed up, only to find out she had to leave. Well it would have been nice if we were told. So we paid for all you can eat Cat Fish Which was a waste cause we were not served all you can eat Cat fish.
The couple of times I went here. It was good all around.
