I was in Hillsboro taking care of tax business and was looking for a good place to eat. The reviews were all good so I decided to give it a try. I was surprised to see that it was so small. But the service and the food were not small. The lady at the window was very gracious and nice. She was awesome. She gave me a sample of the potato salad to see if I liked it. I ordered the 3 meat plate which consisted of brisket, ribs and sausage and got 2 sides of the awesome potato salad....
Absolutely some of the best brisket I've eaten in a long time. I love the old school Texas roadside BBQ where the food is made with passion for the craft, and there's no frills, but the food speaks for itself. Family owned and operated will always beat a large bbq joint with razzle dazzle, always.

I do barbecue competitions and I know when it’s really good barbecue and when it’s not, I highly recommend this place. The food was very delicious. Very friendly people own the place highly recommend you to try this place.
