Forgot my cookies, mixed my regular and spicy nuggets together to make a 10 piece even though my order was 1 regular 10 peice and a 4 piece spicy. Food was cold.

One star because of two issues. One, I couldn’t eat my whole Asiago sandwich as the fried chicken tasted like old cooking oil.. Two, after spending $12 on the meal I have to pay additional 50 cents per BBQ sauce packet which is wild. I lost my appetite halfway thru the sandwich. Fries were good. Sugar cookie was the best part of this whole meal. 😕

Would do negative rating if I could. Ordered ahead with mobile order 20 minutes prior to arrival. Got there and they said “waiting on nuggets” so told me to pull forward while I wait even though I was the only car. Ok whatever. They give me my order and I check to make sure it’s right and it’s not. I’m missing a chicken sandwich. So I back up in the drive through and let them know I’m missing a chicken sandwich. The lady rudely asked if I checked all my bags and I did, twice. Then she tells me to pull forward again, and I asked how long it’ll be- she says “I don’t know” so I say well can you please find out since I have already been waiting a while at this point- she shuts the window in my face after huffing real loud and proceeds to roll her eyes. WOW worst customer service ever when they were the ones who got my order wrong. Avoid at all costs.
Good place to eat, They serve the public well, the area is clean and comfortable. I recommend it.

I ordered #1 combo. No cheese mayo only. Extra mayo The first burger had cheese. Sent it back and took the next one home No fries. Had all the veggies on it And my food was not hot. Not even warm I had quit going there because they always put cheese on. But this takes the cake. I am very upset
