I ordered #1 combo. No cheese mayo only. Extra mayo The first burger had cheese. Sent it back and took the next one home No fries. Had all the veggies on it And my food was not hot. Not even warm I had quit going there because they always put cheese on. But this takes the cake. I am very upset

I went through the drive through while on a road trip and I called after we got back on the road when we noticed some of our order was wrong and some was old and cold. They told me i could come back but I told them I wasn’t able to turn around and asked for a refund to the debit card I used. The lady told me I couldn’t get a refund for what was wrong with my order and then proceeded to cut me off when I was still talking. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Specifically asked before I ordered if they had any cookies. They said yes and then I ordered. While I waited they hung around and talked like it was highschool. When I got my meal they did not provide a receipt or the cookie. I didn't realize until I got home.

It was so clean. The staff was nice and helpful..great suggestions as far as my meal choices. The manager even came over and had a conversation with me.
Normally when I mobile order about this time (7:00pm) I get there and not always but sometimes I’m greeted and then shoved off to the side to wait forever and it had caused me to stop going as often but tonight whoever was working window and cook were amazing! She was so nice and they were so fast that it made my past grudges disappear. I wish I had gotten their names but I didn’t so please look into who was working the shift around 7:20pm on 5-10-25 and show them some appreciation!
