They have redeemed themselves. Our burgers were excellent juicy and the cheese chili fries were great Onion rings were fire! So yummy! We'll definitely go back again! Ty To our local Sonic. So happy y'all joined our town!

We door dashed my mom is 82 and likes their food so sometimes it convenient we only live about 1 1/2 away and when our food got here the order was all messed up everything was cold the fries were old cold and greasy, I called several times to get some kind of compensation or for them to redo our order and I would have picked it up, but they let it ring and ring then they would picked it up no answer and would hang it right back up!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional and absolutely no customer service!!! I would give them a big fat zero if I could!!!

My husband (a first responder) went to get just a little treat for me and him before the cold. He gets there and “oh that’s not a valid ID for first responders” EXCUSE ME?!?!?! MY HUSBAND IS A FIRST RESPONDER WITH A VALID ID/BADGE. They even have a sign that says “first responders and police officer discounts”. Mind you, I live right around the corner and I’ve been a great customer ever since it opened. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THEY’RE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.🙃 Thanks. Because that’s how MY first responder was treated. Won’t happen again.

Been here a few times since it's opened and my experiences have varied. Overall the location is great, easy to access. Wait isn't to bad depending on what's going on at the high school near by. Employees have always been polite and friendly. Only negative I've experienced is how uncomfortably cold it can be in the lobby from time to time

Honestly at this point this sonic is useless. They take forever to answer!! Just sat there for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer and no one did til I called up there and told them they had customers!!🤯 hours say 9am-10pm and they wanna tell us they ain’t open yet and 9:48am.

People are so in a rush. 3 mins in line and they think fast food is slow. This place since opening is always fresh, at Sonic by Whataburger close by their overcooked chicken nuggets are terrible. But here cooked right not hard crunchy. Slow down people they are not that slow inpatient world. Give people credit. Manager seems nice every time I go. I live 1/2 mile and glad they are here

Went inside to get my food, both me and my husband noticed flys flying around didn’t think much of it, got a bacon burger ate almost half when I noticed fly eggs on my burger. Not to mention I am 39 weeks pregnant, hope I don’t get sick.
