Honestly, out of all the Marcos pizza places that I’ve experienced this hands down had to be the best one. They’ve never failed on getting down my pizza and they go the extra mile to make the pizza cooked perfectly. The staff here are also so nice, never had a problem here! At all and they’re doing an amazing job! All of them need a raise

Just received the greasiest pizza known to man. After calling the store, the girl in charge at the time refused to view the posted photo of the pizza and just wanted to be defensive, stating it was because I ordering the Lite crust. After 15 minutes, she decided to offer me store credit or a new pizza, but the customer service I received and quality assurance at this store is atrocious.Stay away from the Lite crust, unless you would be satisfied with the pizza in the attached photo.

No sauce, use spaghetti sauce. I didn't have any pizza sauce on my pizza, just cheese(it was checked for pizza sauce). Worked out, got a lot of spaghetti sauce and I can use as much as I want without paying a bunch to order tiny cups of it. I have no idea what the service is or atmosphere, I've never been inside. Sorry for my profile name, I just think it's funny when I get an email and it says hello F__k.

Wow. Just wow. Ordered pizza, got confirmation emails multiple times, then my order history literally went blank. Called to find out "it was cancelled due to no pizza sauce". Cool! why not call me after 1:15 waiting on order. Wait to speak to manager who claimed I received a refund but only email was a "track your NONEXISTENT order" .. demanded personal email with cancellation receipt to verify refund. We have friends over, so ridiculous and embarrassing. I get youre "newly opened" but don't send out mailers to an enormous community and not be prepared or at least inform customers of your lack of preparation. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION!

Ordered delivery and didn’t get what I ordered. Also, the delivery driver called and told me I lived too far away (l live 1.5 miles from the store). I gave him directions because I knew he was confused and he acted like it was my fault. I was told I would get a refund for what was missing since the driver told me there was no way he would drive back to my house. Never got a refund.
