No one would answer the damn phone..we tried to order a pizza..but we wanted to TALK TO SOMEONE. and the phone just rang and rang and rang. We called 4 times..and it kept saying please wait while we connect you with someone in the store..bullhockey..that's bad customer service.. as a General Manger of a restaurant, first rule of thumb you are taught..dont let the phone ring past the third ring. I have been in the restaurant business for many years and not just one restaurant.

Good food, fair prices, and above all—GREAT people! The care and courtesy shown by the management and staff are truly phenomenal. They went out of their way to congratulate my daughter on her baptism, even preparing a special treat to make her day extra memorable.

The pizza is always fresh and flavorful, and the apple pizza is a must-try—it’s a huge win with our family. We’re grateful to call this our go-to spot for takeout pizza, and it’s the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.

Very great customer service and I love the fact that they are selling DVDs now! So nostalgic and definitely remind me of blockbuster!

Simmons has the best pizza in the magnolia area.
We live outside their delivery zone but I will drive there to get good pizza. Great quality and friendly

I went to Simple Simon’s today for the first time. I ordered two pizzas for carry out, a cheese pizza and a thin crust supreme. I didn’t get the employees name but she was very friendly, my order was ready and it was DELICIOUS! The ingredients were fresh and REAL! I’m so happy that we have this local option for good pizza in our area!

Excellent customer service and great pizza

Had the Chicken BBQ pizza and it was delicious! They use Baby Rays BBQ sauce and you can choose which flavor sauce you can use!! I love it! So flavorful and yummy!
