Somehow ordered the same order twice thinking I 1st ordered at the wrong location & then ordered again. I wasn’t concerned bc usually my experience is that u wld not b charged until the actual pickup- that’s when the card gets charged. Not in this case. I was charged twice & only got 1 lrg lime slush.

Ordered a large strawberry slush to find that there was just ice for 4/5 of the cup and the 1/5 was syrup and nerds only at the top.

Not one to complain. This place was horrible it’s not hard to whip up a breakfast burrito but they had it all wrong. Got my 6$ back after they didn’t want to give me a refund because they never gave me a receipt. Need new staff.

Stood in line about 15-20 just for ice cream slushes, sonic blasts & onion rings for my kids. There was no Oreos or onion rings, two cars ahead of us drove off before paying because the staff here are slower than slugs!!! One worker told us to pull to window, so we did. Alexis The “manager”was running the window, was clueless as to why we were at the window without ordering, told him was the other worker said, so he says “let me go ask him what’s going on” If you are a manager you should always know what your employees are doing! Pathetic! Once we finally put in our order we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes just to get a few oce cream slushes! No wonder Sonic has a high turnover rate of employees because the service here was HORRENDOUS!!! Don’t waste your time going here!!

I was flabbergasted to experience my first Sonic with an actual sit-down dine-in area!!! Coming into AC and eating on a hot day is the best way to enjoy your meal!!!

I tried to order through the app. It kept saying there was an error. A lady came out and asked for my name. She came back out and said there was no order for me. I ordered at the stall. The person that took my order did not speak very good English. I tried to order 2 Unicorn slushies. My granddaughters were not happy when they got PLAIN slushies. Since we were there for a while, I took them and we left. My older granddaughter tried to tell me not to order from there but I thought through the app would be ok. Not.
