I live in Austin and been to sonic plenty of times and got the same thing and this is my first time having it Correctly and the best taste I’ve ever had. It was only one woman working the whole store and she did amazing. It was very polite, but that was her good food was made and tasted. Made the wait worth it

Definitely needs to be shut down ! No way I have to drive further to get a better experience ! Food and service is trash and barely making it is what it seems ! Everything is water down and half did! Definitely giving Sonic a bad name and image!
Garbage place.
Get there and order a meal with someone who can't even understand what is being ordered. All to then bring back the good have to pay more and them serve 4 other cars that were behind me.
I had to walk up to the window and the guy litterally looked at me and said "ooo ya I'll get it now"

Some of the worst customer service ever. Even after attempting to contact management. Unable to get a response back. They lie and are just a terrible company. Never ever eat here.

This is by far the worst sonic I had ever been to. It’s unfortunate that it is pretty close to me, as I do enjoy stopping in to get drinks.
Half their car hop menus are busted and don’t work. Now, they don’t even let you use them. You just have to use the drive thru.
The drive thru is also in disarray and could use a refresh. Also 90% you get someone that is very difficult to understand, as if English is their second language. I have nothing personal against anyone, but why have people that are hard to understand work the drive thru?!
I had went thru the drive thru last night, stopped and waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes, and waited. No one ever got to me, I had questioned if they had closed or if there drive their speaker had finally broke. I pulled up and noticed other cars in the drive thru.
When I got to the window I had asked them to make an order, and they were surprised. I said no one answered and then the woman countered with that she did, I said no, and I’d like to make an order. And she said if you didn’t order that I would have to go around again and wait in line.
Needless to say I did not go around, I went down the road to the Waller Sonic, were it is dramatically different, it’s 1000 times nicer, customer service is always top notch and an overall better experience.
It could be a nice Sonic if corporate cared more about it. I find it hard to believe they couldn’t invest more into considering all the truckers in the area that probably use it.
Go to the sonic if you must, but it’s definitely scraping the bottom when comes to service, and appeal. Disappointing really.

This sonic above all others has been horrible to go to. Not only is it in a bad location that makes it hard to get to. The service at this sonic goes above and beyond to be just bad. Drive thru only. This has been for months. Sign damage on the over hang. Employees use the covered parking where we should be ordering as a personal spot. And the employees are just rude.

This location is hit or miss. When I first started coming here, my orders were always perfect and service was quick. Lately, it's been 50/50 (wrong breakfast burrito one time, wrong shake another time, ridiculously long wait at times to the point where I just left once). I haven't had a chili cheese footlong in a while, but I really wanted one today. I always used to add mustard and onions (not at this location), but today the lady said it didn't come that way. Not sure when they stopped letting you add those options, but it's not like they don't have both items in the kitchen so it should have been an easy addition, even if they wanted to charge a little extra. I didn't even ask for grilled onions--just regular, raw onions. It's what takes a good version to great for me, so that was disappointing. Tasted fine--just not great. Guess if I want it "my way" I'll have to make it at home.

The experience here has been nothing short of atrocious. Customer service does not seem to be a cornerstone of this establishment. We asked what seems like a simple request due to an error. We will avoid this place at all possibilities.

This Sonic is staffed and managed by the rudest and laziest, fast food employees I've ever encountered. I have gone to this location multiple times and every time there was something. Once, they were only serving through the drive thru, hours before closing, another time they got my order wrong and acted like they couldn't understand what the problem was, then tonight, on June 2nd, I attempted to order at 9:51pm, and was told they were closed. The posted closing time for today was 10:00pm. Closing over 10 min (I'm assuming they didn't just close as I pulled up) early, is a very poor work ethic. Each time I went, when they told me what was out of the norm that day, the employee's tone was very rude. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. If there was another Sonic location, or other food that I felt like eating, nearby, I would not have eaten here at all.

I sat at the drive-thru speaker for a good 10 minutes without any response, and the wait dragged on to nearly 30 minutes just for two shakes! This Sonic visit easily takes the crown for the worst service I've ever encountered. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
