Sonic served us some BURNT footlongs... I went in with photos of the hotdogs asking for my replacement and they said there's nothing they can do without the receipt or the name of the manager that I spoke with. I'm pretty sure the receipt was stuck to the bag that was thrown away

I don't know what the deal with this place is. Every time I go there's no one manning the drive thru. They're sitting somewhere in the store and I've had to knock on the glass to get their attention. Then they also give you the wrong food. This has happened on multiple occasions. I'm gonna have to find a different place to eat as they are not professional here.

This place has been around for a while but it's easy to miss because it's stuffed way back behind a gas station. It's a pretty typical Sonic otherwise. Staff was Great!Kid-friendliness: Tons of options for the kiddos. If your kid can't find something on this menu it's time to trade em in and make a new one...
Been waiting for 30 min for my order. I had to repeat myself 7 times because the person taking the order kept repeating back random items that sound nothing like what I ordered. I say Diet Dr Pepper they say Coke with lemon. I say fries they say chili cheese tatter tots.

My credit card information was stolen here June 2023. I came through around 9pm and the man that took my card held onto it for 10-15 mins. I was waiting at the window for a large cup of water and cheese sticks and was the only person in line. The next morning charges were made to Lyft, Nike, Sephora and more. Immediately we got a hold of our receipt and reported the incident to the store manager who was not helpful at all. We contacted the support number on the receipt and made a report. Beware of this location.
