Once again, I order thru the app for pickup from this location due to the convenient location and this time I ordered a wrap with the MORE option due to the history of this store barely putting any vegetables in their sandwiches. I get home and realize I have more tortilla than ANYTHING else. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed to have wasted my time and money when I specifically chose this restaurant as a healthier alternative to other fast food options nearby only to eat mostly bread. Other subway restaurants actually make their sandwiches according to the pictures advertised.

My fiancé and I placed a pick up order on Thursday 6/12 at 8:52 pm. It told us the order would be ready by 9:10 so we made our way over there. Upon arriving at 9:12, my fiancé goes in to pick up our dinner. He was told they didn’t get to it yet and there’s a long line of people at the counter. There were two employees. One should be handling online orders while the other handles the line.
They completely ignore our order until they’re finished with the line. We sat there for 30 mins! It was 9:30 by the time they started even working on our order and then it comes to find out they’re out of lettuce. How. I don’t even understand why you’re not prepped to have one of the most used ingredients. It was 9:38 by the time my fiancé walked out with our food. We were both pretty angry and went home to finally eat. We should have checked the sandwiches before we left because of course they got that wrong too. Used the wrong bread for his sandwich and we paid for the 50% extra meat and paid for extra cheese. There was barely anything on his sandwich. It was honestly abysmal and not worth the $11 we paid for it. Subway has become absolutely embarrassing and they need to gut this location and completely rehire and retrain a brand new team.
I can’t even submit a complaint to subway because their website is under construction and the form doesn’t work. At this point, I’m done with subway. I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s and Firehouse Subs.

Workers are nice but they’re always out of something….walked out with nothing.
This store needs better service. They are very slow. I spend a lot time when I buy there.
Their store is not clean every time i go in there I had to leave to store yesterday because they had NATS flying around the food

The place is not clean they shorten your checks the owner is a cheapstake and it be rats roaming in that store and they don’t wash they hands was a old worker 💔 manager blocked me when i asked for money back

Why is this subway so neglected? Why is the owner hiring and not training any of their staff? It doesn't take much to make a sandwich. The people working here have no common sense and are careless about the feedback that customers are saying about their experience. Who the hell is the franchise owner? This place needs to be shut down or bought out by another fast food joint. Someone needs to be hold accountable! I'll do what I can to open up an investigation on this location.

Unfortunately sandwiches came very empty , almost not protein on it.

This is the type of people yall keep around older Indian worker first told young girl that she could not sell me the chips I wanted because they where for online orders was very rude not this time but the 3 times I have been here then as he is trying to argue with me he's spinning stuff into the food bar then laughed and denied it I told him I was going to let subway know what kind of worker they have and he said he did not care his boss will do nothing he worked for him for twelve years. This is one of the craziest fast food experiences I have ever had and do not recommend anyone to eat here.

Service is horrible. They refused to take my order for over 11 minutes because they had online orders. People in the store should have priority. 4 people left the store because the staff was so rude.
