They never answer the phone! I ordered online once for the BOGO foot long & I only got 6”, the bread it's always hard, barely any ingredients. I seriously felt like I was eating cardboard.This is not the first time. I try to give this place a lot of opportunities and they keep failing.

Didn’t realize I had to speak Spanish to get food. Half the staff speaks zero English. Told the woman what I wanted and she just stood there and stared at me. Kinda ridiculous.

What a really bad experience…!1 * I arrived at 810pm he told me there was nothing, he didn't want to help me!2*we ordered 4 large breads, the sauce was put from the bag and not from the bottle (it was an excess)3*he didn't want to toast my breads and finally he treated me badly, he was discriminatory! I attach the photo, ……I have been before and it has been excellent, first time that has happened!

They forgot my chips and completely ignored the instruction on what not to put on my app order. I never went up there to pick up my chips because it was not worth the drive. Please make sure your employees can understand the orders. I gave 2 stars because they were nice and i could have drove there to get my chips but decided it's to far to go back. I should have checked my order before leaving. Minus 3 stars for not giving me what i ordered and making it where i cant trust this location to give me what I pay for.

It was advertised that subway cuts their meat now (like jersey mikes) I go in after not eating subway in YEARS and she just grabs the Meat from the little holder under the glass like they used to back in the day ! And then my bread is stale and they only gave me like 3 pieces of meat ! Jersey mikes stack that

The lady working was new and didn’t know where anything was. I had to point out where the cookie bag was because she was going to put them in a large brown bag. There were 2 senior ladies working and they were busy making sandwiches for their kid while I got the worst sandwiches ever made. Images are how I opened it and absolutely no tuna or chicken. What a mess. This store need training big time. I’m pissed.

I usually order pickup through the app at this location since it is close by my house. The last 2 times I have ordered my sandwiches are missing ingredients and the bread seems to be old. I have tried calling to see if the issue could be fixed but no answer. Really disappointing as this is a new location that just opened.

This is the worst subway location by far!!! Service was horrible, the two workers were rude, cursing, mocking customers, being loud by screaming obscenities. I had ordered online at 7:35pm on 11/14/23, two footlongs sandwiches which should have been ready by 7:55pm. I ended up getting my food at 9:00pm, I drove up to the location at 8:00pm, and they told me my order wasn’t ready to give them a few minutes, I waited a hour because they skipped my order even though I was the next up on online orders. Furthermore, they didn’t have any vegetables on the line, they finished my sandwiches with scraps, they were throwing things around, and told customers the water system was contaminated so customers would leave faster. Horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend anybody come to this subway location!!!

I have been to this store a couple of times now and the service has been AMAZING! The two men working tonight (one named Alvin) had such amazing customer service! They are quick and efficient when taking orders and are very personable while waiting. This will definitely be my new go to! Exceptional location, I would highly recommend!
