Very nice guy and great food. He was sold out when we got there so we got cheeseburgers but they were delicious. Anxious to go back and get bbq.
The food was amazing! We tried the cheeseburger and brisket sandwich. They were both bursting with a smoky flavor! We haven’t had good barbecue like this in a while so if you’re ever out in Holland Texas give them a shot you won’t be disappointed.

Ok have to say! I passed rheough because my dad recommended the bbq! I have a picky kid and she does not like the brisket that has bbq sauce cooked with it due to the sweetness! She said this was a 10/10! Not to mention the sausage wrap! We will be back!!

Came by today from Jarrell on a whim.
Never heard of the spot but just to start Kirby is the epitome of southern hospitality. Great interaction, brought the food to the truck in the rain, even talked to us for a bit and let us know everything is made in house even the BBQ sauce.
I grew up going to BBQ cook offs here in the heart of Texas and this is better than any brisket I’ve ever had. Beats out all the Lockhart spots. Can’t wait to come back and try everything else. Kirby you got a lifetime customer 🤘

I have driven by the past few weekends, had to stop. I got 1.5lbs brisket, 1/2lb sausage, charro beans and collard greens. It was all really good, but the sausage was legit! I’ll come back for a sausage wrap, brisket sandwich or more.

Amazing bbq, brisket is so juicy and tender, ribs are falling from the bone and just the right amount of seasoning! The owner is so friendly and gave our dog a lots of crumbs for free, really appreciated that.
