I got to the store about 8:50 pm through the drive thru for my mobile order I go to the speaker tell the lady my name for my mobile order and she told me to pull around to the window, she gives me my drinks and tells me to pull up and wait and I noticed she gave me a medium Dr Pepper and I ordered a large so I went inside and got the right drink then go back to my car to wait for my order and 40 minutes had past and they still had not brought out my order and I seen several people walk in and out with there food, so I go in and ask them what was going on with my order and they had no clue and completely had forgotten about it and the girl named Lexi was rolling her eyes and talking under her breath and was being rude the entire time and she proceeded to say I’m clocking out and going home which she did . I asked how long my food had been sitting they’re and all the man and other girl could say was they were not sure Then girl tried to hand me me food which had been sitting there for almost an hour and wouldn’t even re make my cold food, and when I asked who I could contact to make a complaint they refused to give me the information and told I them I would come back the next day and ask!

The food was perfect and fresh. The woman working drive thru tonight was extremely nice and made it a good experience for me this time. I went to eat there on Saturday and the night staff were very rude and not friendly at all. Cudos to the cook for getting my food right this time. I will definitely be making sure those are the ones serving me before I eat from there again.

I dont usually leave reviews for fast food but this bk was great. Got my food impressively fast, employee was very friendly, and my chocolate chip cookies were nice and gooey lol

Had taste for a Whataburger at 4am but was told at 5am the employees will be pleased to serve me a early morning Whopper....not too many Burger King stores would have done this & would tell you after breakfast we start cooking burgers.
