Passing through and needed a dipped cone. Too bad this store did not have the cherry dipped cones. We did get a traditional dipped cone and an Oreo blizzard. The ice cream didn’t seem as thick as it should have been. Drive through employee was nice. The wait was a little long but they looked short staffed.

Food is good and fresh but I should not at no point have to dress my own food unless I specifically say meat cheese and bread only and for the onions and pickles to be on the side, as well as mustard and ketchup packets, but no they put only mustard and gave me 3 little pieces of bacon with the onions and pickles I asked for but didn't bother to add my ketchup like I asked and my bun was toasted on the damn stove top instead of being put through the bun toaster like it was intended. I noticed how light it was toasted and the grease makes the bread a tinted brown instead of a darker tint like from the bun toaster. I don't leave bad reviews unless it's absolutely necessary for something to be corrected and this needs to be addressed and corrected. Unless asked please dress my food the way I ask, not how you want, policy or not. We customers come in expecting to get what we ask and pay for not for what you think we want or need. Update: 07/29, Got my food and had to ask for mustard after specifically asking for mustard onions and pickles, and yet again I had to dress my own damn burger again. Not only that my burger was luke-warm and barely edible, if this crap continues I won't be back

Don't go here just like any thing on hooks the say their open till 9 not go on @6:30 and the are closing so we decided to try the drive tru this visit an it was like the manager didn't want to help with anything went in to talk to them and she just walked off.
