Great food, friendly service. I was 1st customer of the day. Food was prepared quick. Lost a star due to the socializing with another employee (I guess, he was in the kitchen, got 2 drinks and left). Socializing meant cook got my order wrong, and he took the order. Asked if I wanted fries, tots or onion rings. I got soggy fries instead of tots. They were meant to be reheated later. Fries don't reheat well in the microwave. Big Rig parking next door!
Best Dairy Queen ever ! I was traveling with my dog and the girls working were so accommodating! Plus best Dairy Queen burger ever ! I will always stop here when traveling in east Texas !
I had forgotten how good DQ was. In my area they are not very plentiful. It was a great idea to stop in Hooks on our travels home! Loved my Chocolate shake, burger and the fabulous onion rings! Thank you!
