Well here is an update, this place absolutely sucks at service. I've been screwed 3 different times out of bacon on my burgers. I even ordered extra on one of those said burgers and got nothing. Now I go there tonight and instead of a sonic bast I get a melted mess that I couldn't hardly eat with a spoon, because I had to drink itšthat'll be the last time I spend money at your business

I ordered onion rings, cheese fries, and nuggets. The onion rings were sweet, the cheese fries were bitter, and the nuggets were average. Overall, everything was disappointing. The sauces were bad too.

REAL REVIEW! Okay, I'm not sure who the heck made my food on 07/23/24, but let me tell you it was the BEST Sonic experience I have ever had, and I was practically raised in a Sonic! My family opened Sonic restaurants all over the US when I was little. When I yell you the chili cheese tots were absolutely made with love! Super cheesy and not lacking on chili. The iced coffee I ordered was amazing, and not just "milk" tasting like normal. Also, Magic... she was prompt with bringing out the order and very happy and upbeat. She was delightful! Again, it was the best sonic experience in a long time!
Sonic in Hooks has the best dr. Pepper in Bowie county and the greatest group of people serving them as well. Shout out to Novalee!! Sheās super awesome!!

We do not go to Sonic very often because it is pricey for a fast food choice in our opinion. Our food was old and dried out. I donāt think I will be given Sonic anymore of my money at this point.
