Ari/Tiffany was super great, checked on us throughout our dinner. Food came out fast and hot. Everything came out as ordered. Will be back.

I have to say that from several Applebee's we've been to in El Paso,Tx this has been by far the best service ever! Our server was AMAZING! Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. I believe it was Eli but Im not sure. Josh and staff are incredible. Food was great! Loved the Horizon location!!

I ordered a pick up yesterday and was scheduled to pick it up at 8:10, I arrived at 8:09 and was handed my food well packaged, warm and organized by a friendly young lady. Got home, everything was there and it tasted great. It made my wife’s and my early Valentines meal perfect. Thank you Applebee’s in Horizon!

I live in the Eastlake area and I have to say this location is so much nicer than the location in Eastlake marketplace. Food was good. Staff was very friendly and this location is much nicer and cleaner. No complaints.

Joshua and staff provide superb customer service. The atmosphere is professional and friendly. I had the 8 oz steak which was prepared exactly as requested and my husband the fish and chips. We highly recommend this location for you and your family.

In a small town that is growing nonstop we find it convenient to frequent Applebees on Horizon Blvd, especially with considerable amount of construction going on they always provide the best customer service, they open doors to enter upon your arrival! They say hello in a very welcoming way, the service is excellent! Food is made fresh every time, the drinks from the bar are great deals, $2-$3 draft pints, $6 seasonal mixed drinks and always a manager moving around making friends! Horizon City, we have an Applebees on Horizon Blvd, go through the back and you will have no hassle! Thank you for being more than a Business, you are apart of our community

I had a great experience with great service. My server Kassandra was awesome. She was very attentive and made sure our party was satisfied. The manager Josh also was great and seemed to care about his customers and staff. Great experience.
