I’ve never written a review in my life but Server Andrea D didn’t provide good service whatsoever , which is crazy considering that my friend and i were the ONLY customers in the restaurant. She forgot to ring my food in & and wasn’t checking up on us to see if we needed refills or anything but was at the host stand on her phone and fixing her make up, i had to get up out of my seat to ask if she had rang in my food bc my friend was almost done with her plate, never coming here again🤦🏽‍♀️

Got there and got sat took 20 minutes for a server to even ask us what we wanted to drink, once we put in our drink order which was two of the new lemonades it took another 15-20 minutes to even get our drink and when we asked where our drinks were we were told “they are trying to figure out how to make them”
My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich, it had so much grease it burst on his lip when he took a bite and burnt his lip. We literally had to wring the chicken out like a rag. Would say we spent $60 on a meal but in reality we wasted $60 and our time on a meal not even worth it.

Wish I could get app to pick up from different Applebees. Almost 100% certainty there is going to be an error in my order when I get it delivered, and the food is always substandard. Take this picture for instance. First is what the meal is supposed to look like. Second is the “chicken nuggets” they gave me instead!

Evie received us with a great smile as we enter the door. What a great star for our family to have dinner. Teri our server did an awesome job serving my family and on top of that, Marty went to check our table and took the time to explain questions we had about some of the salads. He went ahead and described the ingredients on each of them. Thank Marty. Me and my family will come back to this Applebees.

The shift manager greeted us warmly at the door and was so kind throughout our visit! Our food was also delicious, came fast, and the waitress Briana was very friendly and attentive. We’re from Florida and passing through Texas with some pretty gnarly altitude sickness. This Applebee’s was the medicine we needed. 😭🙏

Gabby was spectacular! Made our Father’s Day lunch so special! Gabby and her team went above and beyond to make sure we sat together and enjoyed our food comfortably. They didn’t hesitate to rearranged tables to accommodate us, absolutely amazing! Our server Jeremiah was awesome, friendly, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered any question we had, excellent service!
