Worst place ever waited 20 minutes for someone to help us and bring drinks we had to ask for waiter then someone else helped us because that waiter never came worst part appetizers took 30 minutes to arrive then asked for a manager never came cuz they were to busy on back food took forever as well second time this happens ! Everyone else got there food first when we had been waiting longer and been there first !! Bad service go to the one on Eastlake

It's nice to have an Applebee's close to home. Been here 4-5 times since they opened, and so far, every time the service and food has been great. It's quicker to get a table here than the one on Eastlake, even on a Friday night.

Poorly managed after waiting for 45min. They tell us it will be 2 more hours. Manager didn't even show up. Poor kids working had to put up with mad customers for keeping us waiting so long.

Got there at around 5 and seated right away server came to ask for our drinks. Server did not come check up on us until 20 minutes after and realized I haven’t gotten my drink and the she finally got our order. We waited almost 2 hours to get our food, my sisters plate came out cold so she told the server and they took it back. Server came back 10 minutes later and my sisters steak was raw when she had asked for well done. She told the server again about her food and server came back with a manager which he did nothing but tell my sister he will get her food out again. 20 minutes after she was able to get her food. Really shouldn’t be waiting or taking this long for how slow the place was.

All you can eat for $14.99. The worst food and service I have ever had in El paso. The worst Applebee's I've been to period. Three tiny pieces of rib mostly bone be careful when eating. Four piece wings and had to wait 10 minutes in between each plate. Whaattt! Don't get fooled or ripped off just go to ?'s or China buffet
