First, the open sign was off in the middle of the day, so we had to call to make sure they were open. Then, we had coupons for the free ice thing for the kids. The guy at the window told me all of my kids had to be present... not according to the coupon. Nothing about the children having to be present. Whatever. They make up the rules as they go though. $6 for a small cup of ice and syrup is not worth it in my eyes.

They always mess up my order. This is the only bahama bucks in El Paso that I have trouble just making sure they give me my correct order.

The service here is terrible and they constantly get orders wrong. I ordered two sno’s - half Dr. Pepper & half blue coconut. The employee proceeded to charge me and handed me one blue coconut sno and one Dr. Pepper. I clarified that that’s not what I asked for and she took them back to fix the mistake. She then proceeds to hand me one sno only when she charged me for 2. I reminded her that I asked for two and that she had charged me for two. I waited almost 30 minutes and the sno’s weren’t even done correctly.

This is the first time I have visited this location. The Pink Bubblegum with cream is delicious. I honestly had a difficult time choosing thanks to all the flavors. I guess I'll have to visit more often!

Took forever at the drive-through would not validate our coupon cards for a free small shaved ice she said because people are taking advantage of them way give out coupon cards if you won’t validate them? She kept saying different reasons why she couldn’t validate them first said everyone had to be in the vehicle which we were then she said oh no I can’t only for small kids which I told her it does not say only for kids in the Coupon card

First the drive through line takes an insanely amount of time to get through and not to mention when your actually about to order they take forever to attend you on the intercom. As for the actual snow. We got a mangonada extreme very pretty and has actual mango pieces which are very tasty but the taste of the actual ice is extremely displeasing and ruines the flavor all together. The ice tasted like the water they use to make the actual ice isn’t filtered or is dirty idk but it ruins the taste .

Why do yall have ONE employee working? This poor girl was doing the drive thru,
Online, and in store orders. It should not take 20 mins for two damn snow cones AFTER I placed the order for pick up 15 mins before and I hope you giving these lone employees a raise.
