The shaved ice and soda was great, the only unpleasant experience was the attitude which I am assuming is because we had 5 items. Not sure why that would have been an issue as it wasn’t very busy.

This place has gone downhill in the past year or so.

There seems to be a very young team running the store which has brought not just bad costumer service but extremely long wait times.

There only 2 cars in front of my on the drive thru lane and it took 20 min for the working team to give me my order.

I was disappointed when I saw only 1 person out of the 3 working.

This has always been one of my favorite places. I moved away and recently returned to visit, excited to stop by. However, I was shocked to find that the flavored syrups I used to love now tasted watered down and not sweet. It was disappointing, as this spot was always my go-to for a great drink.
